Safety, trust & environment
I live in a very safe neighborhood that is great for walking dogs in. when the weather is hot, I am always making sure the dog I’m caring for is feeling good and hydrated. when I am staying at a client’s home, I always go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of the dog. I love to make the dog feel safe with me, and to let as much energy out as possible. I love being outside as much as possible, so your dog will never feel bored or understimulated when they are with me.
Information Emma S. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special types of behaviors or adjustments that I need to be mindful of. I prefer breeds that are playful, but not too terribly rowdy to the point where they may knock me down. I stand about 5”5 and 100 pounds, so I can hold my ground but sometimes with highly energetic dogs, it can be hard! I prefer a written list of instructions or text message reminders
A typical day
I love to provide different types of canine enrichment activities. I will get to know the dog, their breed, and their temperament. then, once I know what I’m working with, I will brainstorm games to create from items around the house. this may include hide and seek, cup games, tug-of-war, playing fetch, running back and forth in the yard, mental stimulation games, and play fighting!

Pet care experience
I have experience with all dogs, and I specialize in small/medium sized dogs. I know what it feels like to leave your baby in the care of another person, so I am extremely mindful and cautious at all times! I am currently dog mom to a 5-month old Daschund named Manny!

Emma is an amazing dog sitter! She spends the whole time ensuring that my daschund manny is safe, and is having a great time. He always is happy and full by the time I come home. I couldn’t of had a better dog sitter than Emma!
I’ve seen how loving and responsible Emma is with animals—she treats every pet like her own. You can absolutely trust her with your furry family members!
