Emma does a great job we would rebook her thank you

Emma is amazing with my kitty and my kitty instantly loved her!

Emma stayed with my cat Patrick for a week while I was in another state for work. Patrick needs some special attention and takes daily medication. She did a great job making sure he was taking care of and comfortable! Additionally, she communicated with me well and made sure to send me some pictures every day!

I chose Emma primarily based on her stated availability, as her profile mentioned having a very flexible schedule and being able to provide plenty of attention to pets while owners are away. During my week-long trip, however, her time at the house was more limited than I had expected. She was often away for extended periods (around 10–12 hours a day), typically stopping in to feed the animals and then leaving again for shorter stretches. This didn’t fully align with the level of presence I had anticipated based on her profile. When I returned home, there was a strong cat urine odor. The litter box system I use requires regular raking to prevent buildup, and unfortunately it appeared this had not been maintained during my absence. I had demonstrated the process during our meet-and-greet and also provided short instructional videos beforehand, so this was disappointing. That said, Emma was kind and caring with my pets while she was there. She communicated daily and sent photos, which I appreciated. She also gave my dog a bath after I noticed an allergy flare-up from one of the photos she sent. Overall, while Emma showed kindness toward my animals, I was disappointed with the amount of time spent in the home and the upkeep of the litter box. With more consistency in these areas, the experience would have been much better.

Emma stayed overnight with our dog and did a great job! She was patient with our unsure dog and kept us updated with photos and a video of them having a good time. She was recommended to us by a coworker and we would recommend her to anyone who needs a kind, reliable pet sitter!

Emma has been the most fantastic dog sitter for our family the past four years. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our beloved pup is well cared for. From feeding meals, to giving treats, to giving medication, Emma does it all. It is clear that our dog enjoyed seeing her and enjoyed their walks when she was dog sitting. We would not have had such a peace of mind while traveling without Emma.
