Emma was lovely to work with. She was able to keep my puppy entertained and happy, and he has a lot of energy, so that’s impressive. She gave frequent updates and kept our place clean. I also appreciated that she was so professional and asked a lot of helpful questions prior to our trip. I highly recommend Emma!

I was very apprehensive about leaving my 3 boxer/pit mixes with a new sitter for an overnight trip out of state. I had nothing to worry about! Emma was in touch with me with updates and pictures throughout my entire absence. She was in communication with me from the very start of the process which was so important to me. My girls found a new friend and so did I! Thank you Emma!

Five Stars!! Emma has dog sat for me several times over the past few years. I met her as a volunteer for a dog rescue group where she was a foster. I had seen her work with many difficult dogs and she quickly proved she is the dog whisperer. My dog warmed up to her right away! Emma takes him for several long walks a day even in the pouring rain. She maintains our routine while we are away. Before coming over the first time she asked a lot of questions to ensure we were a good fit and confirmed a week and 24 hours beforehand. She will ask for contact information, vet information, and emergency care information so that she is prepared for any incident that could arise. She was sure to provide updates each morning and before bed every night so I knew that my dog was alright. I highly recommend working with Emma!

We needed someone last minute the day after Christmas to watch our two dogs in our apartment for one night. She was very responsive. However, I picked her because of reviews saying she would send lots of updates and images of the animals, which was not the case for us. I had to ask for updates and would barely have heard anything if I hadn’t explicitly asked. I didn’t feel as ease as I have in the past with other sitters. She also left some dirty dishes around the house and some trash on the counter. From the beginning, we didn’t jive well with our personalities but we were desperate. The phone call to just introduce ourselves didn’t happen at the correct time, and it just happened that I was available a couple hours later when Emma texted that she was available. Then when we were giving directions before we left for the trip, she didn’t really seem to be listening (asking questions I already answered) and wasn’t particularly friendly. My puppy was extremely excited (first time having someone new in the apartment) and was jumping all over the place. I asked her to ignore him until he calms down. His reward for his calming down is attention. She didn’t really listen which is fine but then she seemed irritated when he wasn’t settling. Then, she mentioned that if she got stuck at work for too long, her sister could come let the dogs out. I have never met this person and was very uncomfortable that she said some other person could have entered our house to care for our quirky dogs who have some behaviors that need special instructions (reactive dog + puppy in training). In the end, the experience was fine but it wasn't a good match we wouldn’t hire her again.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved dog, Kodi, to Emma's care for an overnight stay at our house while we went on a short trip, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. It was clear that Kodi was having a wonderful time, enjoying playtime and affection. Emma's attention to detail and commitment to maintaining Kodi's routine helped him feel comfortable and secure during our brief absence. Emma's professionalism and reliability are unmatched. She was punctual, responsible, and always quick to respond to any queries or concerns. It's such a relief to know that I have someone I can trust with Kodi whenever we need to be away. I wholeheartedly recommend Emma to anyone seeking a caring, dependable, and trustworthy dog sitter. I am incredibly grateful for the peace of mind she provided.
