Hi! I’m Emma — a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have a 6-year-old Golden Retriever named Harley, who keeps me active and smiling every day. Before moving back to the Lehigh valley area I had a client where I handled walks, feeding, playtime, and even vet appointments — so your pup is always in capable, caring hands. I graduated from Wilson College in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Equine Studies, giving me a strong background in animal care, behavior, and responsibility. I truly understand that dogs are family — my own dog is my best friend — and I treat every animal I care for as if they were my own. I’d love to give your dog safe, loving, and dependable care while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions are always double-checked, and I keep a close eye on pets during walks and playtime. I take time to understand each dog’s personality, energy level, and any special needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions exactly. In my home, dogs are supervised, have a calm, clean environment, and receive plenty of attention, exercise, and enrichment. I’m comfortable administering basic care, transporting pets safely to vet appointments, and providing regular updates so owners feel confident and informed. I treat every pet as if they were my own — with patience, consistency, and lots of love.

Emma was great! She was willing to come meet the dogs ahead of time. Our dogs were well taken care of and she left our home cleaner than we left it!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I’m currently in between jobs, which allows me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and extended care. I currently work at a horse boarding and training farm in orfield Monday-wednesday as well as a small private farm Friday-Sunday. Working with large animals everyday has taught me a lot from prioritizing their needs, learning their behaviors, and meeting expectations to keep them healthy and happy. Because of this, I’m able to prioritize pets in my care and adjust my routine to meet their individual needs.
