This was my first time using Rover, so I was definitely a little nervous about leaving my two cats Cal and Blue behind, but Emma made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond from the very beginning by coming over ahead of time to meet us, get to know our cats, and make sure she understood their routines. Throughout our trip, she was incredibly communicative and kept us updated with thoughtful messages and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She followed all of our instructions, was attentive to our cats’ needs, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about them. By the end of our trip, I never once questioned whether they were being well taken care of. Knowing they were in such good hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. Emma was absolutely wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. If she’s available, she’ll always be my first choice. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I am always so happy to be able to book Emma to care for our 3 dogs. It’s always reassuring to know you have someone in your home who cares for your pets like you would! She’s punctual, caring, considerate and goes out of her way to make both me and my dogs comfortable! I cannot recommend Emma enough!
Emma has been walking my 6 month old puppy consistently since my puppy was 3 months old. She follows all of my instructions to the letter, works diligently to work around my ever-changing schedule, and cares for my baby as if she were her own! I will definitely be reaching out if I need dog sitting in the future.
Emma was fantastic. She gave me daily updates and pictures and made our kitties much needed attention. Highly recommended!
