A typical day with the pets I care for is super relaxed and all about keeping them happy and comfortable in their own routine. Mornings usually start with breakfast, fresh water, and some outdoor time or a walk to burn off that early energy. After that, it’s a mix of playtime, chill time, and lots of attention. We might play fetch, tug, or run around outside, or just hang out and cuddle if they’re more laid-back. I love mixing in fun things like sniff walks, little training games, or puzzle toys to keep them mentally engaged too. For cats or calmer pets, it’s more about interactive play, brushing, bird watching, and just keeping them company so they don’t feel alone. Every pet is different, so I just go with their vibe—whether that’s high-energy fun or slow, cozy days. The goal is always the same: happy, tired (in a good way), and feeling totally safe and loved by the end of the day 🐾

Emma stayed at our home with our cat and senior dog for 10 nights while we were on vacation. She was absolutely amazing. Our dog recently started to experience small seizures and Emma provided excellent care and cuddles which was exactly what our old girl needed. She checked in daily to let us know how our furry family members were doing. We truly don’t know what we would have done without her. Highly recommend Emma for pet sitting, walking, or if you just need someone to check in our your pets if you’re working a long shift.
Emma has been looking after our cats for the last 4 years and we can’t say enough good things about her! It gives us such peace of mind while we are away, knowing that our cats are in such capable hands. She treats them like they are her own. She is very personable and responsible and is always punctual! I would highly recommend her!
