I have been involved with rescue for 11 years. I have pet sat for local families for roughly 5 years. I personally own 3-5 dogs at a time, most having medical or behavioral issues. I have handled our shelter's large breed behavioral cases for the past 9 years, which has allowed me to gain a large amount of knowledge when it comes to behavioral challenges & animal body language. I have also cared for 5 hospice dogs in my home until their time came. Emma has watched our four dogs for several years. Our dogs are diverse in personality and health status. Emma understands their needs and is a pro at dealing with special needs, health and behavioral issues. We never have to worry when our precious babies are with Emma! I have also had the pleasure of volunteering at a local animal rescue with her. She is someone who truly understands animals and how to handle/care for them. She is reliable and professional. I would never question trusting her with my dogs or my home. I could not recommend Emma more highly. Our dogs love her!
Since Emma was a toddler she has been a dog lover. Her love and compassion for animals, especially dogs has grown stronger and stronger throughout the years. We jokingly call her the dog whisperer due to her unique way with dogs and how well they respond to her. When you mix her love for dogs and her dedication to her work, you get an incredibly loyal person that you can trust wholeheartedly with your pet. She is experienced with all types of dogs from calm, senior dogs that just need some love and attention for their final years. To the ones with behavior problems that need a strong, well versed person that can handle them when others can’t. You won’t be letdown if she is the one you hire, you will gain a loyal person thag will help you with your pet for years to come.

Schedule
I am currently working full-time and my pet sitting availability will reflect this. I am currently available: - Drop-ins: week days between 4pm-10pm, weekends 7am-10pm - Walks: week days between 5pm-10pm, weekends 7am-10pm Also available for assistance at events such as family photos and weddings. There will be a $.50/mile reimbursement charge for homes beyond 10 miles of Trucksville, PA.
