Your Pet’s New Favourite Duo 🐾

Your dog deserves more than just a sitter - they deserve a second home. Choosing someone to care for your dog is a big decision, and we never forget they’re a cherished member of your family. We know you’re trusting us with someone who means the world to you, and that’s a responsibility we’ll never take lightly. Our goal is simple: for your dog to feel completely safe, loved and at home, while giving you complete peace of mind from the moment you book until you’re reunited. ⭐ What makes us different - Two dedicated, experienced carers – Your dog benefits from constant companionship, individual attention and attentive supervision throughout their stay. - A spacious detached Surrey home – Featuring a large, fully secure garden (complete with additional safety netting for talented escape artists!) and beautiful countryside walks right on our doorstep. - Beautiful professional-quality photographs, personalised daily updates and videos – So you’ll never have to wonder how your dog is getting on. You’ll feel part of every adventure while you’re away. - Limited numbers of dogs – We intentionally keep our bookings low so every guest receives genuine one-to-one care in a calm, relaxed home environment. - Complimentary spa freshen-up for first-time boarding guests – Before heading home, first-time boarding guests receive a complimentary bath using our premium grooming products (where suitable), so they return home clean, fresh and smelling wonderful. - Trusted by returning Rover families – Many of our guests come back to stay with us again and again, something we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve spent over 20 years living with and caring for animals; from energetic working breeds and playful puppies to gentle senior dogs and wonderfully opinionated cats. Caring for animals isn’t simply something we do; it’s part of who we are. From the moment they arrive, your dog becomes part of our daily life - not a kennel routine. Whether we’re working from home, relaxing in the garden, heading out for a countryside adventure or winding down for the evening, they’re included as part of the family. Every dog is wonderfully different, which is why we take the time to understand their personality, routine and all the little quirks that make them unique. Some can’t wait to explore every corner of the house. Others prefer to quietly observe proceedings before deciding whether we’ve earned their approval. (Thankfully, we usually pass the inspection!) Whether your dog loves countryside adventures, enrichment games, playing in the garden or simply curling up for an afternoon snooze, every stay is tailored around what makes them happiest. We are particularly experienced with: • Puppies and young dogs • Senior dogs • Larger breeds • Nervous or sensitive dogs • High-energy breeds • Dogs who thrive with routine, patience and consistency Our services • Home boarding • Doggy day care • Individual countryside walks tailored to your dog’s pace and personality • Drop in visits for pets happiest in their own home One of the things owners tell us they value most is our communication. Some love receiving beautiful photographs, videos and little stories throughout the day. Others simply want a reassuring message knowing their dog is happy, relaxed and having the best time. We’ll always tailor our updates to whatever gives you the greatest peace of mind. Above all, we don’t believe dogs should simply be looked after. For the time they’re with us, they become part of our family, cared for with the same love, patience and attention we’d want for our own pets. Our aim is simple: for every dog to leave happy, relaxed and excited to come back… and for every owner to return home knowing they made exactly the right choice. We can’t wait to welcome your four-legged family member into our family. ❤️

Once again a fantastic stay for Benji. Really lovely couple who give the dog a holiday. Super helpful and really good at adapting and making everything go really smoothly.

This was the first time Lucrezia has been away from us overnight and I can honestly say she had the best time. She was happy and relaxed when we picked her up and had obviously been extremely well looked after. Emma is a consummate professional and took great care to understand Lucrezia, her likes and dislikes and had carefully read all the notes I gave her. Emma not only kept us up to date with beautiful photos and video clips, but she continued and developed her training, gave her exciting woodland adventures and gave her a grooming session as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her and will certainly book her again. We could not be happier with her service and would give her a 10/5 star rating.

Emma was absolutely brilliant with our one year old working cocker spaniel Skye. It was Skye’s first stay away from us so we really appreciated Emma’s updates, lovely pictures and that Skye even benefitted from Emma’s exceptional grooming skills! Emma’s home is the perfect environment for dogs and she went out of her way to learn about Skye beforehand so she could continue her training. We will definitely be re booking with her again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience of doggie day care! This was the very first time we had ever left Tara in someone else’s care, so naturally we were a little apprehensive. Emma was absolutely wonderful from the beginning. She first made us feel completely comfortable and reassured, and then took just as much care in making Tara feel safe, relaxed and at home. Emma’s place is incredibly welcoming and genuinely feels designed around dogs being happy and comfortable. And then there is Kaos, Emma’s own dog, who deserves a special mention! He seems to do a brilliant job of welcoming the new joiners and helping them settle in. What really impressed us was how much Emma did with Tara during her stay. She took her out for walks, spent time working with her on her habit of jumping up, and even groomed her. It wasn’t simply a case of looking after Tara for the day — Emma genuinely engaged with her and cared for her. Most importantly, Tara came home happy and content, which for us says everything. Leaving your dog with someone else for the first time is a big step, particularly when they are such an important part of your family. Emma made that step incredibly easy for us. We’re already looking forward to Tara’s next stay with Emma — and judging by Tara’s experience, I’m pretty certain she is looking forward to it even more than we are! Thank you, Emma (and Kaos!) for taking such wonderful care of our girl. 🐾❤️

I couldn’t recommend Emma enough! She was absolutely brilliant with Jax and her care genuinely went above and beyond my expectations. She really took the time to understand him and his needs, even doing enrichment activities with him knowing that, as a Kelpie, he loves plenty of mental stimulation. He was also treated to a little pamper, which was such a lovely extra touch! Most importantly, Jax was so happy and clearly felt completely comfortable and cared for with Emma, which gave me such peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with her again and will definitely be using her in the future. Thank you so much, Emma!

Absolutely exceptional care for our cockapoo Jet. The journey for Jet and us as a family was excellent. Regular updates both through video clips and messages. Just seeing him play, chew away we instantly knew how happy he was to be their care! Emma’s home, garden and surrounding area made a perfect luxury stay for Jet. The attention did not stop there, Jet returned home with a handsome groom too! We will certainly be using Emma going forward when we need care for Jet. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you both. We and Jet are lucky to have found you!

Schedule

Pet care fits very naturally into our routine — largely because we’ve built our routine around it. Between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods or feel unsettled in a new environment. We’re available for day care, overnight stays, and flexible drop-ins or walks throughout the week and weekends. Whether your pet thrives on structure or prefers a more relaxed day (with strategic naps and snacks), we adapt to their usual routine as closely as possible. In short: your pet gets consistency, attention, and a suspicious amount of enthusiasm from two people who genuinely enjoy their company.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our home is a large, tranquil, calm, secure, and pet-friendly environment designed to feel like a genuine home-from-home rather than a temporary stop. We have a very friendly, easy-going dog and cat who are both used to other animals and have mastered the art of being welcoming without being overwhelming. That said, your pet’s comfort always comes first - we have a large home with plenty of space, so pets can be easily separated if needed. Whether your pet loves company or prefers their own space, we can fully accommodate that. We’re experienced with a wide range of animals, including large dogs and more particular (or slightly dramatic) cats, and we’re confident handling different behaviours and needs. We follow your pet’s routine closely - feeding, walks, rest, and any specific instructions - because we know the little details matter. With two of us present, there’s always an extra level of supervision, awareness, and care. We don’t just “keep an eye” on pets - we actively engage with them, making sure they’re comfortable, settled, and happy. If separation is part of your pet’s routine, we can absolutely accommodate that. Otherwise, they’re free to relax, explore, and make themselves at home (within reason - we do draw the line at them fully taking over the house… usually).
