Whether we’re working from home, relaxing in the garden, heading out for a countryside adventure or winding down for the evening, they’re included as part of the family. Every dog is wonderfully different, which is why we take the time to understand their personality, routine and all the little quirks that make them unique. Some can’t wait to explore every corner of the house. Others prefer to quietly observe proceedings before deciding whether we’ve earned their approval. (Thankfully, we usually pass the inspection!) Whether your dog loves countryside adventures, enrichment games, playing in the garden or simply curling up for an afternoon snooze, every stay is tailored around what makes them happiest. Absolutely exceptional care for our cockapoo Jet. The journey for Jet and us as a family was excellent. Regular updates both through video clips and messages. Just seeing him play, chew away we instantly knew how happy he was to be their care! Emma’s home, garden and surrounding area made a perfect luxury stay for Jet. The attention did not stop there, Jet returned home with a handsome groom too! We will certainly be using Emma going forward when we need care for Jet. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you both. We and Jet are lucky to have found you!
Fantastic! It was our first time using Rover and the first time leaving our 7-month old puppy with someone we didn't know. Emma and Shae put us at such ease. We had a full meet and greet at their house and they have an incredible set up! On the day - they picked our puppy up, walked him, fed him, washed him, photographed him, provided him with loads of love and then dropped him back! He had the best time and we'll definitely be relying on them again. From the initial interaction you can tell you're in experienced hands and for our first time using Rover I couldn't be happier!! Bailey's first visit and he will absolutely be back! I was quite nervous about leaving our 10 month old puppy but Emma couldn't have done more to put me (and Bailey) at ease. From the initial communication, the meet and greet and whats app updates everything was above and beyond. We are so pleased to have found Emma and her beautiful dog Kaos who also taught our pup so much in their time together. A safe, secure, home from home environment. Bailey has loved his time there and we are very grateful for the care and kindness he received.
Emma (and her partner Shae) looked after my 1 year old Labrador for a couple of days including an overnight stay. Absolute 5* review from me. Some highlights that I feel like should be called out: Emma was hugely accommodating in meeting with me beforehand - I was initially worried that Emma’s cane corso (62kg!) could be a problem - but firstly, Emma was so open to meet with me, let me meet her dog (who is the definition of gentle giant… and so well trained) - it made me feel much more confident leaving my boy with them. Their house and set up is perfect. I’d visited some other at home daycares and instantly got the impression that Emma’s home was the right place - the whole downstairs is kitted out for dogs. Including a literal spa shower area (which leaves your dog smelling amazing for a couple of days!). Finally, Emma herself is fantastic. She GENUINELY cares about your dogs happiness but also about your own confidence in leaving your baby with her. Loads of photos and messages throughout the stay. Emma told me she grew up with multiple dogs - and it really shows - she knows what she’s doing and gives you that peace of mind that your dog won’t even miss you! Ha! Big thank you from me, will 100% be here again!!
Emma and Shae are absolutely brilliant dog sitters, I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! We were kept entertained with loads of lovely updates throughout, including some genuinely hilarious ones, which was so reassuring and made it feel like we hadn’t missed out on all the fun. It was obvious from the photos and updates just how much Benji was enjoying himself. Benji had the most amazing time and came home completely exhausted from all his adventures, which is always a very good sign! 😂 He clearly absolutely loved it, and it was so lovely knowing he was being properly cared for, having fun and getting plenty of attention. He always comes back to us happy, content and smelling absolutely lovely, which is an added bonus! You can really tell when someone has treated your dog as one of their own, and that was definitely the case here. We were delayed on our long haul flight and exhausted and they were very kind in dropping Benji off to us which was a lovely gesture and really helped us out😁. We’re so grateful for all the care, attention and adventures. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and in fact am just about to for September 🐾❤️
The service provided with Emma and her gang was second to none, I would 100% recommend this to anyone with an animal, so much better than any kennel or cattery. The friendly environment provided for animals is perfect, which meant that my partner and I could fully enjoy a European city break and not have to worry about our furry friend. The service included professionally taken photographic daily updates, accompanied with a comprehensive description of how my dog was enjoying the walks and playtime provided. Thanks again to Emma for the service, I will certainly be a new regular visitor when I next need a dog sitter. 🐶😁👍🏻

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into our routine — largely because we’ve built our routine around it. Between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods or feel unsettled in a new environment. We’re available for day care, overnight stays, and flexible drop-ins or walks throughout the week and weekends. Whether your pet thrives on structure or prefers a more relaxed day (with strategic naps and snacks), we adapt to their usual routine as closely as possible. In short: your pet gets consistency, attention, and a suspicious amount of enthusiasm from two people who genuinely enjoy their company.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our home is a large, tranquil, calm, secure, and pet-friendly environment designed to feel like a genuine home-from-home rather than a temporary stop. We have a very friendly, easy-going dog and cat who are both used to other animals and have mastered the art of being welcoming without being overwhelming. That said, your pet’s comfort always comes first - we have a large home with plenty of space, so pets can be easily separated if needed. Whether your pet loves company or prefers their own space, we can fully accommodate that. We’re experienced with a wide range of animals, including large dogs and more particular (or slightly dramatic) cats, and we’re confident handling different behaviours and needs. We follow your pet’s routine closely - feeding, walks, rest, and any specific instructions - because we know the little details matter. With two of us present, there’s always an extra level of supervision, awareness, and care. We don’t just “keep an eye” on pets - we actively engage with them, making sure they’re comfortable, settled, and happy. If separation is part of your pet’s routine, we can absolutely accommodate that. Otherwise, they’re free to relax, explore, and make themselves at home (within reason - we do draw the line at them fully taking over the house… usually).
