Dogs have been part of my life since day one—I’ve never lived in a home without them. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of every shape, size, age, and personality, including pups with special needs like mobility challenges or ongoing skin conditions. Whether it’s a bouncy puppy learning the ropes or a senior needing extra TLC, I approach each dog with patience, compassion, and lots of love. As a dog trainer, I’ve worked with a variety of training styles including positive reinforcement, clicker training, and e-collar work. I’m comfortable with large breeds (100+ lbs) and have hands-on experience with both basic and intermediate obedience. My background in structured training, client communication, and fitness coaching has helped me develop a calm, confident, and adaptable approach to every canine I meet. Walks are just the beginning! Whether your dog loves trail hikes, trips to the park, or even a fun outing to Petsmart, I’m happy to tailor each visit to their unique personality and energy level. And yes—I drive a truck that comfortably fits dogs of all sizes, so your pup can ride safely and in style! I care for pets with the same love and attentiveness I give my own. I live in a quiet neighborhood in Wappingers Falls with a fully fenced-in yard—perfect for safe outdoor play and fresh air. Lots of peaceful walking paths nearby, making it a calm and secure space for dogs to enjoy. Whether I’m caring for your pup in my home or yours, I prioritize positive reinforcement and create a supportive environment where they feel safe, respected, and loved. I’m highly attuned to dog body language, which helps me respond appropriately to their needs and maintain a calm, happy atmosphere at all times.

Emma was great. Sent lots of pics. Ellie was a very happy dog. House was in great shape. She even started the laundry. I would use her again in a heartbeat. She was wonderful!
Emma was wonderful with our 3 babies. She took her own time to come do a meet and greet. She understood all the needs and necessary care of our high needs elderly dog. She communicated well, gave multiple daily reports, and sent cute/funny stories about things our dogs did while we were away. She even sent a ton of pictures, which alleviated my anxiety about leaving them. When we returned, everything was cleaned and tidy and also well taken care of. I highly recommend Emma for your dog care needs.

Schedule
Pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily routine. Currently, I’m not working a traditional 9–5 job, which gives me the flexibility and time to prioritize the needs of the dogs I care for. I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, playtime, or just making sure your pup gets a much-needed bathroom break. Whether it’s a quick visit or a longer adventure, I love being able to support pet parents by keeping their dogs happy, healthy, and on a consistent routine.
