Based on the pictures and Emma’s comments on her drop in cards, it looks like Zoey was given lots of love and care. Thank you for getting her out of her shell. However, I did want to address that the agreed upon time for drop in visits was not followed both mornings. I requested 7am drop ins and we then messaged back and forth on Rover to agree that between 8 and 9am for the morning visit would be fine, but no later than 9 as Zoey is used to being fed at 5am. The first morning drop in was recorded as 935 and the second was 1020. So both later than the latest I was comfortable with. Also, we left a garage door opener for Emma to use and that wasn’t returned on time either. We came home a day early, so I messaged we wouldn’t need her to do the last two drop ins, and that she could just return the garage opener anytime the next day. I waited until 8pm the day it was to be returned and still hadn’t heard from her so then reached out again to get it. She had another booking come up so forgot to return it and wasn’t going to until the next evening. When I said I needed it for the next day she did come drop it off within the hour late at night which I appreciate because I needed it. But I do recommend for future success on Rover sticking to agreed upon times and having better communication or organization with keeping track of things when dealing with customers.

Emma was GREAT! This was the first time our family used Rover. We took a weekend trip for a wedding a few hours away and I was not wanting to board our dogs at a kennel for personal reasons. We prefer our animals to be comfy and having them in their own environment helps! Emma ensured our dogs were taken care of, even after our one dog and cat so graciously brought her a mouse and a groundhog she was able to take care of the “evidence!” Pictures and video were sent and communication was great leading up and during! We’re hoping to have her back in our home for another longer trip this summer!

Emma was absolutely a blessing!! We booked Emma for pet sitting in our home with overnight stay!! Maggie has severe separation anxiety. Emma stayed with her 24/7 for 4 days and provided the best care and companionship for Maggie. She keep us updated with pics and check ins. She cleaned up after herself, even washing towels and sheets without being asked! I swear our house looked and smelled better than when we left! Emma is a beautiful soul who will care deeply for your pets. We will 100% book Emma again ❤️

Emma was amazing! Needed her at last minute due to having to bury my mother over the weekend. She was super patient with my baby and took good care of her.

Did a fantastic job maintained contact for any questions that needed to be answered and sent great pictures and took initiative to do some small clean up. Would definitely recommend Emma with my highest respect.

Emma was wonderful! I got multiple pictures. And updates on how Rico was doing. She definitely went above and beyond for my baby. I was able to have a worry free vacation.
