I miss having a dog around
I’ve had dogs all my life, 2 staffies (one who didn’t get on with other dogs) a springer and a jack/staffie cross. They all had their own personalities but all needed a lot of walks and I miss that the most, taking them out for a long walk in rain, hail or shine and getting home and watching them curl up and drift off always makes me happy.

Emma and her family looked after my standard schnauzer, Bruce , for 7 days . I was quite apprehensive and nervous to leave him , the first time that I had done so and he can get quite anxious without me . Thankfully , I should not have worried ! We had a chat about his routine , his funny ways , likes and dislikes . Emma put me at ease , she understood and kindly kept me informed with texts and photos of him on his many walks and enjoying himself . He had his own little holiday in new surroundings . He was well exercised, so I know he slept and ate well , such a relief to know that he was in good hands , which allowed me to enjoy my break away. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma to care for your furry friends. Bruce will certainly having another holiday soon ! Thank you Emma !

Schedule
I work full time but wfh home on a Monday and Friday so I only offer long weekends, unless they can have a dog walker for the days I’m not at home. That way I know I can take them out for a walk in the morning and then again after work.

I have a reasonably large fenced garden. I don’t allow dogs upstairs or on the furniture. You’re dog will get lots of cuddles, walks and playtime if they like those things, I know they don’t all do.
