I work a part time during the week but I’m not usually gone for more than 3 hours at a time. My weekends are flexible leaving me open for more extensive pet care.

For walks I always appreciate a heads up on how your dog behaves around other animals. Also if they have any special stops they like to make, areas to avoid, or behaviors to look out for. Please fill me in on any specific needs your pet might have whether medical or just something quirky.

A typical day varies, as each dog has their own routine. I am used to anywhere from 1 to 5 feedings and refresh their water daily or as needed. I love to hand out treats as it’s a quick way to bond with a dog, with permission of course. I generally air on the side of caution and avoid giving pets any “people food”. I love to take long walks, but that is subject to change based on your pet’s needs. On walks I always pick up poop and do my best to avoid other dogs.

I am a reliable pet sitter with years of experience. I’ve dealt with dogs of all ages, personalities, and unique needs. I care for each animal with patience and understanding, but ultimately I know that providing good pet care comes down to attention and communication. I make sure to follow instructions and try my best to make your pet feel comfortable and cared for. I always send lots of photos and updates, perhaps too many. 😅 I also have a flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to adapt to your pet’s routine. My GSD did very well with Emma, she came over on time for the scheduled visits and even stayed a little later to make sure he was potties before bed. My boy is very active and I really appreciate all the play he got. I will be looking to book Emma for future care, thank you!
