Professional and kind, dogs took to her immediately. Met via video for initial connect, she took notes and asked questions. Came over prior to our trip to meet everyone and see the property. Booked last minute and enjoyed our trip worry thanks to her. Great first time experience with Rover - HIGHLY recommend Emma.

Emma Jean has been an attentive and considerate caregiver for our two pets - Geoffrey (2yo chocolate lab) and Jessica (4yo calico cat). She has been professional and communicative in watching our pets while my husband and I are away on conference trips, even though Geoffrey, in particular, tends to be a bit of a handful. She has never failed to walk him as much as he needs, and was even able to bathe him after he got sprayed by a skunk! And, although Jessica tends to be a bit skittish around new people, she warmed up to Emma Jean immediately. As a testament to their bond: Jessica will even sleep in the guest room for a couple of days after Emma Jean leaves! Our experience with Emma Jean's pet-sitting has been phenomenal and we highly recommend her.
Ej is too considerate of all pet and human needs, and always goes the extra mile; whether that be with walks, play time, and even bath time with my kitties. Also incredibly kind-hearted, I also have a rambunctious/high-anxiety dog and Ej has been so understanding of his needs and great with communication during our time away. Thank you again Ej!

Schedule
currently working 10-4, tuesday-saturday and I’m an early riser so I can feed, walk and play with dogs in the mornings and evenings on workdays. sunday and monday I’m more flexible.
