Before caring for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I typically ask about their daily routine (feeding times, walks, sleep habits), any medical needs or medications, allergies, and dietary restrictions, and whether they are fully potty trained. It’s also helpful to know about any behaviors like chewing or biting furniture, separation anxiety, or other habits I should be aware of. I like to understand their temperament, how they are with people, other animals, and in new environments, as well as any triggers or fears. I also ask about their favorite activities, toys, and comfort items, along with emergency contact and vet information, so I can provide the best possible care.

A typical day with me is structured, attentive, and centered around your dog’s needs. In the morning, I start with a walk and breakfast, making sure they get some energy out and stay on their normal routine. Throughout the day, I’m home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, playtime, and attention, whether that’s walks, enrichment activities, or just relaxing. I make sure they get regular potty breaks and stick closely to their usual schedule. In the evening, we’ll go on another walk, have dinner, and wind down with some calm time so they feel comfortable and settled. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away.
