I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. In my clients’ homes, I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special instructions. I also make sure pets feel secure through patience, positive interaction, and plenty of supervision, while always respecting the client’s home and keeping communication open with regular updates and photos.

Emma did a wonderful job taking care of my cat Hazel while I was out of town. Hazel has several specific needs, like medicine, special feeding instructions, and grooming needs, and Emma handled her complexity with care. She sent daily updates while I was away, which gave me peace of mind to know Hazel was being looked after during a stressful time. Emma absolutely came through for us and I’d recommend her to anyone!
