I have had dogs in my house my whole life. I personally have had 3 dogs, 2 current now. My experience taking care of dogs started as a kid. I have trained 3 of my own personal dogs and have been taking care of dogs professionally for the last 4 years while I attended the University of Rhode Island. I worked at Sandy Paws in Wakefield for 3 years and continued with clients directly after our closure due to COVID-19. I have experience with all sizes, ages, and temperaments of dogs. I am very confident providing a safe environment for your pet(s) as someone who used to work alone at a dog day care. I also have lots of experience with dogs who have anxiety or temperament issues. I have always had the ability to connect with dogs wherever I go and enjoy the presence they bring to my life.

I am very comfortable with whatever guidelines you provide for your dog, whether they need to be crated or have free roam of the house. I have experience with many different situations, temperaments and any surprises that may arise.

Emma was fantastic with our quirky pooch! We did a test run for a longer stint next month and Gizmo was perfectly at ease with her! Gave us such piece of mind.
Amazing, peace of mind. I'm always struggling to find good care since my last sitter moved away and Emma was everything I could have hoped for! Communicative with me and just "gets it" with my dogs who both can be quirky. She took them for many walks and played with them and I came home to happy fulfilled dogs. Will 100% use Emma for future walks and vacations.
Emma.has walked my dogs a few times now in prep for a house sit. She seems responsible and communicative and willing to work with the quirks that my rescues have. She got my lab to walk multiple times now and he can be a challenge to get going. Overall feeling very positive and hopeful about the start if this arrangement
This is our 2nd time having Emma sit our pups. I am so happy to have found her on Rover, my dog Molly and Jake are well taken care of and Emma communicates well and is always reliable. I highly recommend.

Schedule
I am a full time lifeguard currently and my ideal situations are pets that only need morning/evening care and are used to their humans being away at work. I work 9-5 3 days a week and 10-6 2 days a week. On my off days, I like to spend a lot of time with the pets I am taking care of like providing extra attention or special experiences like going to the beach or getting a pup cup.
