Hi, I’m Emma! 🐾 I’m an experienced dog owner with two friendly rescue dogs and a real passion for providing safe, enriching and loving care. Whether your dog joins us for a walk, daycare or an overnight stay, they’ll receive the same care, attention and affection as my own dogs. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up surrounded by animals and was fortunate enough to help train guide dog puppies, which developed my understanding of patience, positive reinforcement and dog behaviour. I now have two amazing rescue dogs who are both neutered, friendly and love meeting other dogs. We enjoy lots of walks and adventures, so your dog will have plenty of exercise and enrichment. I also believe mental stimulation is just as important, and love teaching tricks, reinforcing commands and encouraging good manners through positive training. Your dog may even come home having learnt a new skill! 🐶 My aim is to make every owner feel completely at ease while they’re away. I provide regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, happy and enjoying their own little holiday too. ❤️ 🐾 Before booking To help me provide safe and appropriate care, please confirm: • The date of your dog’s most recent vaccinations • The date of their most recent flea treatment • The date of their most recent worming treatment I’m always happy to discuss any individual needs, routines, dietary requirements or medication your dog may have. 📅 Booking enquiries I’m currently receiving several enquiries for upcoming dates. To keep things fair, dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-confirmed basis and cannot be held indefinitely. This was our dog's third stay with Emma, and it just keeps getting better! As soon as we arrive, Coco is already wagging their tail and making themselves right at home. It is constant peace of mind while we are away. It is such a relief to have a reliable, caring person that Coco is so fond of. We couldn’t recommend Emma more!

Emma was amazing with our dog! She followed her feeding schedule and needs really well and communicated clearly. She is brilliant with the first settling in night, and goes above and beyond. When I picked Coco up she was calm, really happy and we couldn’t have asked for better care for her. We would rebook with her in a heartbeat, and already have for two more weekends away.
Emma has an admirable love for dogs, and displays real care and attention with all pets in her care. Always on time and greeted with a positive attitude and joyful persona, she really is fantastic at caring for any dogs, whether that be her own, or other peoples pets. 100% recommended and trusted, she is extremely talented and a natural carer for all pets.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the very first walk, it was clear how much they genuinely care about dogs. They are reliable, professional, and always go the extra mile to make sure my dog is happy, safe, and well looked after. My dog gets so excited whenever they arrive, and it’s reassuring to know they’re in such caring and capable hands. Communication is excellent, with regular updates and photos after walks, which always brighten my day. Emma has had an extraordinary connection with dogs from the moment our family brought home our first golden Labrador, Arnold, when she was just nine years old. She devoted countless hours to training him in obedience and fun tricks, and it was clear even then that she had a natural gift. That early passion has only grown stronger. Today, Emma has two dogs of her own, both beautifully trained and a true credit to her dedication, patience, and love. Any dog would be lucky to have Emma in their life. She cares deeply, understands their needs instinctively, and finds joy in every moment spent with them — whether it’s long countryside walks, playing fetch with a ball or frisbee, or simply giving them the affection they deserve. Emma is, without question, someone who brings out the very best in every dog she meets.

Schedule
I work a flexible schedule, which means I’m able to provide plenty of companionship, regular walks and enrichment throughout the day. I like to keep the dogs’ days varied and relaxed, with daily mental stimulation activities such as enrichment feeding and simple training. Most days, the door is open for the dogs to enjoy the garden throughout the day, giving them the freedom to go outside, explore or simply relax in the fresh air. After their morning walk and some enrichment, my own dogs are usually very happy to spend much of the day snoozing — and I’m perfectly happy to let them enjoy a peaceful nap! 🐶💤 I aim to create a home-from-home environment where dogs can follow a comfortable routine, with a balance of exercise, play, enrichment, companionship and plenty of downtime.

🚗 Walks & pick-ups For walks and pick-ups, I have an estate car fitted with a dog guard, providing a secure and practical way to transport dogs. I also come prepared with my own dog-walking kit, including poo bags, treats and toys. I carry a 10m long line for dogs who may need a little extra freedom while still having a secure connection, particularly those who are still working on their recall.

A typical day
I genuinely love walking dogs and giving them the freedom to enjoy a walk in their own way. I encourage plenty of “stop and sniff” time — walks aren’t just about distance or steps, but about allowing dogs to explore, investigate and enjoy being dogs. For highly active or inquisitive dogs, scent work is a personal favourite and a great way to provide additional mental stimulation alongside physical exercise. And after all that exploring, there’s always time for some well-earned cuddles and relaxation. 🐾❤️
