Hello! I'm Emma and I'm very pleased to meet you. I look forward to hearing more about you and your pets and what I can do for you! Bit about me!: I have had pets (aka furry side kicks!) my entire life and wouldn't have it any other way! In that sense I am very well-versed in the daily needs of dogs and cats and am not phased by any 'surprise' presents either. I have spent hours upon hours on hikes in the country with dogs and cuddled up on the sofa with dogs+cats - my absolute favourite places to be. Additionally, the majority of my family pets have been rescue animals, so I always remain conscious of the specific history or needs of any pets I meet, to ensure my approach to caring for them is tailored accordingly, for minimal stress and maximum waggy tails! Currently I own a handsome 7-year-old cat and then frequently visit and look after my parents' 2-year-old dog and 13-year-old cat, whom I very much class as 'my own!' They are quite the bunch of personalities and supply hours of entertainment - much to my delight. Our pets are our family and I understand how hard it is to leave them. I would be thrilled to look after your pets however you need and you can rest assured they would be loved as much as if they were my own! Please do get in touch :)

Whilst at your home or out for a walk as appropriate, I would ensure that: 1. Your pet is in my sight at all times 2. Your pet's water and food (if relevant) bowl is at the right level 3. Your pet gets play time with their favourite toy! 4. Your pet's discipline routine is upheld. 5. Your dog is kept on the lead around other dogs, until it is clear everyone is safe to say hello. 6. Any 'surprises' are cleared up 7. Any muddy paws are washed 8. Lots of cuddles are given! 9. Pictures/updates are taken and sent! 10. Any special request you have is adhered to precisely, for your own peace of mind and for your pet's optimal health and wellbeing 11. Any emergency numbers (yours or your vets) are nearby and accessible.

Emma has looked after our lively, young Labrador and cat in our home a few times now. Without fail, we return to very happy and chilled pets! Emma takes great care to follow their routines and keeps us updated on how they are. Completely reliable and trustworthy, it is reassuring to leave our pets and home in such capable hands.

Schedule
I work from home Monday-Friday 9-5:30 so I am flexible to whatever you may need, including: 1. Pop-ins or dog walking before 8:30am, between 12-2pm and after 6pm 2. All-day house sit if I can work from your home 3. Overnight stays I love to go out for walks during my lunch break, and would always love some furry company! Just let me know if you have a preferred walking area too and I'd be happy to explore. I am mostly available during the week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, but would be open to discussing weekend trips if I am free :)
