I've grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. Throughout high school and college, I regularly dog- and cat-sat for friends, neighbors, and friends of friends, caring for pets with a variety of personalities, ages, and routines. One thing that sets me apart is my ability to understand a pet's body language and cues. Every animal communicates differently, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or shy and needs a little extra patience, I adapt my care to what they need. I also know how stressful it can be to leave your pet in someone else's care. Because of that, I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and consistency while you're away. My goal is not only to make your pet feel happy and secure but also to give you complete peace of mind knowing they're in caring, reliable hands!

I know that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I take the time to learn what makes them feel most comfortable and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. I pay close attention to body language and behavior to recognize when a pet is relaxed, excited, or anxious. Whether we're going for walks, playing, feeding, or just relaxing together, I strive to create a calm, positive environment where your pet feels safe, cared for, and loved. I also understand that leaving your pet with someone new can be stressful for both you and your pet. I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is happy, safe, and in good hands!!

Stop looking and book Emma right now! We have an absolute menagerie of animals; dogs and a mini-pig live in the house while there are chickens, ducks and a huge tortoise out back. Emma took care of them all, with ease, while staying at our house. Leaving your home and pets can be stressful, but Emma gave us total peace of mind from start to finish. Our dogs were definitely loved on, and the “outdoor” animals were perfectly cared for. We came home to a clean home, communication was top-notch with great updates and photos. Emma went above and beyond in every way. Reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring—we will absolutely be rebooking!

Emma is a smart, kind, reliable animal lover! She’s never met a dog she didn’t like. She is an amazing pet sitter for our 4 dogs and mini pig. She also feeds our chickens Anna ducks. I highly recommend her!!

Schedule
I recently moved back home after spending 10 months living in Madrid, and I currently work part-time remotely. Because of my flexible schedule, I can accommodate a variety of pet care needs, whether that's daytime walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or keeping your pet company throughout the day. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. I'm committed to being reliable, communicative, and making sure your pet receives the attention and care they deserve.
