For my day job, I work flexible hours and can work from home as needed, so your dog doesn't have to be alone. I'm very active -- going for a run, hike, or walk every day, and I'd love to take your dog along with me. In the summer, I spend the rest of my days hanging out in my fenced backyard where my two pups love to bask in the sunshine. Winter days find us snuggling on the couch. I'd love for your dog to join us!

When I'm caring for your dog, they are my #1 priority! I'll play and snuggle with them, make sure they've got plenty of water, and share as many treats as you allow. Dogs are family to me, so they're welcome on the couch, bed, etc. just like my own dogs.

Information Emma "Finn" C. would like to know about your pet
I can handle whoever you've got. I'd love to know your dog's favorite ways to play, their usual energy level, any allergies or meds to be aware of, and what kind of treats they like best! I have two small dogs of my own, so I'll also want to know how your dog interacts with small dogs. I also want to be sure my care is consistent with yours, so I'd like to know any commands you use and 'house rules' you follow. My goal is for your dog to be as comfortable as possible in my care.
A typical day
I love to be active outdoors -- hiking, running, walking, and skiing, and I'd love to bring your dog along. My favorite trails are the Drinking Horse, Peet's Hill, Triple Tree, and Lava Lake. Plus, I live just a block from the Gallagator Trail. If your dog likes fetch, one of my favorite activities, too, is to take dogs to Story Mill Dog Park with my chuck-it for fetch.

Pet care experience
(I changed my name but I'm still the same dogsitter, I just go by 'Finn' now) I love getting active outdoors, especially when there's a dog along with me. I've been the primary caretaker of my puggle, Zoe, since we got her over 13 years ago, including caring for her through two TPLO surgeries. I've cared for my friend's 15-yr-old senior special needs dachshund. And I've got a senior rescue dachshund of my own! While dogsitting regularly for the past 4 years, I've cared for big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, and puppies, so I am ready to handle anything. I am happy to meet you and your dog's needs. I would love to run an energetic dog, walk a slower dog around the block, play fetch at the dog park, snuggle on the couch, or anything in between. If you are looking for an experienced, attentive, flexible person to care for your dog, that's me!
Reviews

Finn provided excellent care for my dog, Titan! A major perk was the large, well-maintained backyard with solid fencing—absolutely perfect for a husky who loves being outside in cold weather while still staying safe and secure. I’d highly recommend Finn, especially for cold-loving dogs.

Emma was great! I felt comfortable leaving my two small dogs in her care. Her yard is secure and she was very attentive, paying extra attention to my senior dog. I think they enjoyed their time with her. Thanks Emma!

Emma was amazing!

I can confidently recommend Emma! I always feel a little nervous about booking with a new sitter because you just never know… but I took a chance without doing a meet and greet prior to because we needed to book at the last minute. This was best case scenario. Emma was fantastic! Her home was really nice. She sent me a lot of pictures throughout the day which I appreciated so much. She played with Nova in her fenced in yard which is always such a plus because I know she can get out in the fresh air safely. She also took Nova for a hike which was beyond great given our 2 year old golden is full of energy. I am thrilled I came across Emma’s services and will definitely book with her again in the future. Thanks Emma for providing such a safe and fun stay for our girl!
