After 7 years of doing Rover, I finally took the plunge and got a pup of my own! Pepper is a sweet golden retriever who loves making new friends. I grew up with two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, but I have also had experience house and dog sitting for different breeds around the neighborhood (big and small). I also fostered a few high energy puppies in college. I am available to board, drop in for visits/walks, or house sit while you are away, and I love being active with them! I like to go on long walks on some of the local trails and visit dog parks if that’s your speed. I will love on your dog like my own! I have a fenced in back yard, and plenty of green space nearby. I work a hybrid job, and I have flexibility to be home full time on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. *I also welcome cats with open arms! I grew up with a 13 pound Maine Coon (it was all muscle and fur!!) and I pride myself on winning over even the most ornery of cats.

Ozy had a great time staying with Emma and Pepper! Emma was very responsive and sent good photo updates throughout his stay. Pepper was a good companion for both playing and snuggling. I'm sure my dog was sad to have to come home. Would for sure recommend!

Schedule
I work a hybrid job, and I have flexibility to be home full time on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. I like to take my dog Pepper on long walks every evening, and would love to bring yours along!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in back yard, and plenty of green space nearby. Pepper is crate trained at night and we let her on furniture, but happy to respect whatever “house rules” you have at home.

A typical day
I always make sure to give dogs lots of one on one time on top of play time with my dog. Pepper loves sharing her toys and playing tug.
