The experience with Emma was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the way she took care of Chorizo. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him as if he were her own cat. She was also incredibly friendly, responsible, and respectful of my home. I came back to everything clean and in great condition, which I really appreciated. Emma is great! We unfortunately had to make last minute bookings due to a travel delay. Emma replied literally within two minutes and our Coco was a happy camper :)

I’m a project manager by trade — organized, attentive, and patient — and a passionate pet lover by heart. I treat every pet like family, making sure they’re happy, safe, and stress-free. I work from home four days a week. The only time I’m away is on Tuesdays from 7 am to 4:30 pm for on-site work.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Whether caring for your pet at your home or mine, I create a calm, secure environment tailored to their needs. In-Your-Home Care: I respect your pet’s space and routine, maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. I follow your instructions precisely, including medication schedules, feeding, and exercise. I ensure all doors and gates remain securely closed during visits, and provide lots of gentle attention to reduce any anxiety. At-My-Home Care (Daycare/Boarding): I only care for one dog at a time to provide focused supervision, regular walks, and personalized care. And I maintain a clean, hygienic environment. With open communication and respect for your pet’s unique personality, I build trust with every visit, so you feel confident and stress-free while you’re away.
A typical day
Every day with your pet is all about personalized care, comfort, and fun! Drop-in Visits: I start by checking in with fresh food and water, cleaning litter boxes or outdoor areas, and giving plenty of gentle cuddles or playtime — all tailored to your pet’s mood and needs. Dog Walks: For dog walking sessions, I take your baby on a 30-minute adventure around Griffintown or along the scenic canal paths. We enjoy sniffing new scents, practicing light training or mental games if requested, and plenty of positive reinforcement. You’ll get adorable photos capturing their happy moments! Daycare/Boarding: When your dog stays with me, their day includes multiple walks every 3–4 hours to keep energy levels balanced, supervised playtime with favorite toys, cozy nap breaks in a calm environment, and lots of belly rubs and affection. Throughout every visit or stay, I send daily photo and video updates so you can see your pet’s smiles, tail wags, and relaxed moments — keeping you connected and reassured.
