Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I run a small business from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to dedicate to the dogs in my care. I already walk my own dog every day, twice a day and they love having company, so welcoming other dogs into our routine felt like a natural and brilliant fit. It allows me to give every dog the time, attention and companionship they deserve without rushing or juggling busy schedules.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets either in my own home or in their own familiar environment, depending on what works best for them and their owners. I always follow each pet’s individual routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime and rest. I treat every home with complete respect and care, making sure everything is left exactly as I found it. My approach is calm, patient and attentive, and I take the time to build a trusting relationship with each pet so they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for at all times.

Information Emma C. would like to know about your pet
Before walking a dog I don’t know, I need to understand their temperament and how they behave around people and other dogs, including any fears or triggers they may have. I also need to know what equipment they use, how they walk on the lead, and whether they can ever be off lead. It’s important for me to be aware of any health issues, physical limitations, or food allergies, as well as their usual walking routine and preferences. Finally, I need the owner’s contact details and clear instructions on what to do in case of an emergency to make sure the dog is safe and comfortable while in my care
A typical day
I love taking my dog on lots of adventures and switching up our walks to keep things exciting. My dog absolutely loves the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, we also enjoy trips to the beach, the park and anywhere new we can explore together. I’ll be bringing the same fun, varied and exciting experiences to the dogs I care for, always making sure they have plenty of opportunities to enjoy themselves, explore and socialise.

Pet care experience
I’m a dedicated pet lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and personalities. I have owned 3 dogs in my lifetime so far which has given me a deep understanding of daily care, routines, and the importance of trust and consistency. I’ve also spent a lot of time working alongside a close friend who runs a very successful dog care business. Watching her passion, professionalism, and genuine love for what she does inspired me to start my own journey in pet care. I treat every dog as if they were my own, with patience, attention, and plenty of love. I am looking for dogs who will match my dogs energy, I own an Airedale Terrier named Ida who is 1 year and 7 months old, she has two walks a day, is VERY playful and LOVES other dog!
