Emma has quite the long history of working with all kinds of pets and animals. I can attest that she is extremely knowledgeable about so many issues that can arise with pet ownership. With some of the animals I own, she has helped me identify ear infections, fatty tissue issues, and even issues with their stools. She has helped me correct poor training techniques like using punishment instead of positive reinforcement and the power of treat training. She owns a dog that is challenging, and she excels at keeping him under control when guests come over. She is shockingly good at identifying when a dog is about to become aggressive towards another dog or human. She taught me the importance of keeping dogs on a leash at all times, which was something I did not always do; I never realized that just because your dog behaves does not mean that other dogs won't become aggressive if my dog approaches. I think Emma is fully capable and a responsible person for handling other people’s dogs, as I would trust her with mine.

I can’t recommend Emma enough! She has been amazing with our dog, Theo (4-year-old Jack Russell). From day one, she was incredibly patient and attentive, helping him get acclimated to being around other dogs, which was a big challenge for us. She even worked on basic training with him—everything from leash manners to reinforcing commands and it shows. He's better behaved, happier, and clearly trusts Emma completely. Communication has also been great. I always get updates, photos, and honest feedback. I never have to worry when my dog is with her, I know he’s in good hands, getting exercise, playtime, and a lot of love.
