Every Dog Is My Bestfriend
Born a Dog Person: My love for dogs is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet care! I have been a dog walker/sitter for 15+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids" (yes, I do consider dogs and cats to be furry adored children). I grew up in a home of animal lovers where two goldfish, three dogs, a hermit crab, and a leopard gecko were all considered members of the family! I love going for walks in my community, jogging along the bayou, and hiking through new places. During all the time I spend adventuring outdoors my favorite part is always meeting new furry friends along the way! I am that one girl who goes “awww look at that fur baby I must go say hi” no matter where I am or what the situation is. When I am not on long walks with a new doggie friend or dropping by a pups place for a game of fetch, I am studying, volunteering at the Fort Worth Zoo, Houston Parks Board, and/or Special Cheers! * I have training and first hand experience in understanding and working with dogs/cats of all ages who exhibit: aggression/anxiety/fearfulness *Senior dog care experience, newborn, and puppy experience. *Capable of handling multiple dogs at once. *Capable and experienced in handling, walking, and caring for very large breed dogs. *Commitment to top quality care. *Guaranteed detailed reports of each visit/walk/day via rovercards or direct messages! My Passion For Dogs And Rescue Dogs- I currently have one rescue of my own. The light of my life, my 7 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Chanel was abandoned at birth. The rescue group I was with at the time was not completely official just a couple of dog and cat lovers trying to get animals off the streets. One day we came across a litter of 9 surviving puppies and the mother nearby who tragically had not made it through the birthing. When I laid my eyes on Chanel, the runt of the litter, I couldn't stand the thought of her not making it. So, I took her home with me. From bottle feeding, to the yelping at odd hours of the night and cradling her back to sleep, to all the messes she made everywhere. It was all worth it the moment she finally peeked open her little blue eyes and looked up at me. It was in that moment I knew that she was mine and I was hers and we were going to be best friends. -So yes your pup is just as special and deserves the very best. If given the opportunity your baby will be smothered with love and given my full attention just as I do to my own baby!

Emma has been hanging out with our corgi during the weekdays, making sure he gets his business done and can release some energy while I’m at work. She takes lots of pictures of every stage of the visit and types a detailed summary of their activities. She does a good job of redirecting him from mischief, as well. I always look forward to hearing what fun they had!
My dogs love Emma & so do I! Her report cards/pictures are the best & she always gives my big babies lots of love while I’m away. Highly recommend as a repeat customer!

Safety, trust & environment
I treat my own dog like a human child giving her love, care, attention, and playtime just about all the time! That said I do the same for others pets as well! When pet parents are away from their fur babies it can be difficult on both the pet and owner. That’s where I step in. I ensure the pet is comfortable, cared for, and provide loads of attention and playtime which makes being apart from their owner not such a bad thing! As for the pet parents I provide a long very detailed report of all the fun we had which always includes lots of photos of their 4 legged friends having a blast! I do NOT leave owners in the dark instead I ensure they know that their pet is being given top notch care and attention!
Pets
A typical day
Every pet is different, each has their own personality, favorite activities, and abilities. I treat every pet like they are my own so if they enjoy going for long walks, then that’s what we will do. If they thrill for a game of tug-of-war with their favorite toy, then we will play for as long as their little hearts desire. If they prefer to be adored and be given lots of belly rubs, well I do that regardless so it works out perfect!
