I'm in school on the weekdays from about 9-5pm, with lunch in between. I am able to stay at the house and will spend time with your pet while studying. I do not have any regular commitments on the weekends.

I always like to know what rules you have in the house (like allowed on the couch, etc.), what commands they know, how they typically "ask" for things/communicate their needs with you (do they vocalize, stand in a certain place, etc.). It's good to know how often you generally exercise/walk them so I won't push them too much. Also, knowing their favorite treats or any little tricks to help them behave well!

I try my best to include dogs I'm watching in my daily routine! We will go on many walks, and drive to a new park to explore new smells on the weekends. I'll play with toys in the house during my study breaks and give them something to chew on while I am studying!

I am a second year vet student. I have also been a vet assistant working with dogs and cats for a year. I have had cats all of my life and have done live-in pet sits for dogs. I am very active and love to exercise with other people's dogs. I have a soft spot for pets with special needs.

Very attentive. Spent good time with my dog. My dog warmed up to her quickly. She follows directions well.
Emma did a great job. The pets were happy and got lots of interaction, and she went above and beyond to make sure we returned to a clean house!
