I am currently working 9-5 and am available in the morning and evening. I have reliable transportation and am used to feeding my own cats daily and cleaning their litter boxes frequently (3-4 times a week).

I am very understanding of respecting another’s space and home and was taught to leave places “better than I found them” so I am very conscious of cleaning up after and caring pets whether they are mine or my clients. For me, this means providing all of the basic needs (food, water, bathroom, medication if applicable) and also ensuring that the pets are given attention and affection through play, treats, or other care. When in someone else’s home I conduct myself as a guest and act how I would want my pet sitter to act in my own home. Trust and respect go a long way with me!

I am not as comfortable with dogs as cats so I will need to spend time with them before sitting to get accustomed to their mannerisms and behavior to see if it’s a good fit. I ask that you are understanding if I am not comfortable caring for the dog, it’s nothing personal to your or your pup I just want to make sure you have the best fit to care for your fur baby(s)!

I can take them on walks outside, I love to go to local dog parks in Davis as there are tons of spots. I also love taking them for drives and stopping for pup cups (if allowed) :)

I have cared for tons of cats and a good amount of dogs having owned both my entire life and now owning three cats of my own. I have fostered very young kittens, administered medication, and dealt with an array of illnesses/medical care for cats and am comfortable caring for sick/medicated kitties.

Emma is fantastic as always: easy and quick communication, and reliable and responsible with our cat Molly. We've booked her several times and will always request her first.
Very kind and cared for my cat very well! Sent tons of photos and wrote about everything she did with my cat. She spent the whole thirty minutes with her which I appreciated. Made me feel happy that my cat was comfortable and being checked in on by her. Would definitely hire again, thank you :)
Emma took good care of Colby and communicated well. We were happy to have such a caring person watch Colby while we were on vacation.
