I have always grown up around pets, and have taken care of many! I have had dogs as small as a tea cup yorkie to a cocker spaniel. I’m also very caring for cats and kittens! Currently, my husband and I have a 3y old cat named Milo. I’m confident handling medications, schedules, and reinforcing positive behavior. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine consistent, safe, and full of love while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets, I always aim to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a small balcony. It is not the most convient for keeping pets in my home, but I am happy to do so if needed. My cat, Milo, is very playful & has a soft temperament around other animals. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own, keeping things tidy and ensuring your pet feels secure in their favorite space.

Emma was very thorough with our needy post-op Bichon, Olaf! We thought he’d just need a little walk to potty, but Emma communicated very quickly that he seemed to want a lot more than that (he apparently got his appetite back overnight) and took care of with no problem.

I am currently a second year PA student at Samford, so right now, my schedule is very flexible. Whether it’s a short drop-in visit or a full day of care, I can plan my schedule around each pet’s needs to make sure they always get consistent attention and love.

- I always like to know as much as possible about your pet before our first visit so I can give them the best care! Please let me know about their daily routine, favorite activities, and any quirks or fears they might have. It’s also important to share any medical needs, medications, allergies, or mobility issues. The more I know ahead of time, the more comfortable and happy your pet will be while you’re away.
