Very responsive and sensitive to our pet’s needs. I felt very comfortable leaving our pet with Emma and already have her booked for next month

Emma helped us out last minute when our pet plan changed for vacation. She treated her wonderfully and gave her great care/attention. I am so glad to have found her and will definitely use her in the future.

Emma was amazing with our 1.5 year old golden retriever! She sent us pictures and videos daily, and I know our dog was in great hands when she was with her!

I have watched Emma over the last year with her foster, Jet (an 8 month old deaf, black lab). She exemplified nothing but love and care for him. Jet's well being was always her first priority. Whether that was making sure he got enough exercise by playing, walking and doggy-daycares, implementing specific training regimes the foster facility had him on, following specific medication schedules, or just giving him love through cuddles - she did it all! Her experience with Jet would make her a great candidate for taking care of larger dogs! I have also witnessed Emma interact with other dogs while dog sitting for friends and family. She has experience with all dog sizes and a variety of dog breeds. Emma's experience with and love for dogs makes her the perfect person to take care of your fur babies!

I am writing to recommend Emma as a pet sitter on Rover. Her compassion, reliability, and dedication to animals make her a great candidate for anyone seeking trustworthy care for their pets. Over the past year, Emma has fostered and walked dogs through The Bond Between, demonstrating patience and responsibility with dogs of all temperaments. Most notably, she cared for a deaf puppy named Jett for two months, balancing his daily needs with rigorous training, and he was recently adopted into a great home with her help. She also provided extraordinary care for my parents’ blind dog at the end of his life. Her gentle guidance and unwavering attention gave him comfort and peace in his final years. More recently, she has become inseparable from my newest puppy, who adores her and thrives under her care and training. Beyond her experience with animals, Emma is selfless and dependable. She consistently puts the needs of others first, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and cared for. These qualities are reflected not only in her work with pets but also in her career as a successful nurse. Whether it’s walking, feeding, or simply spending quality time, Emma approaches every task with complete and genuine kindness. I am confident that any pet owner who entrusts their companion to Emma will find not only a responsible sitter but also a true friend to their animal. She would be a wonderful addition to the Rover community.

Non-smoking household
Has no pets

Safety, trust & environment

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor - an easy place to let your pet out to go potty. There is a large area for potty time and an area to play/socialize with other dogs (if permitted, depending on dog’s temperament). There is a small park close by that doggies love that sniff around at and watch the birds and squirrels.

A typical day

I plan on mentally and physically stimulating dogs that I care for; training, hikes/sniff walks, enrichment activities, etc. I can also be a couch potato, so I know how to make your pet feel right at home; this is a dog on the couch household (:
