Emma was so sweet with my pets! She sent multiple videos and was easy to communicate with during her visit with my fur babies.
When I met Emma for the first time, we hit it off and I knew she would be a good person to take care of my babies. Emma was Heaven sent. She sent me videos and pictures of my kitties daily and informed me of a concern SHE had about one of them. That showed me that she payed attention to them and she cared.
