GWU PhD Student & Dog Lover!!
Hi, I'm Emily! I'm 29 years old and I grew up in Houston, TX. I fostered two dogs during the pandemic, a black lab named Ridley and a German Shepherd mix named Bernie! I graduated with my master's degree in public health from Johns Hopkins in 2023 and am currently getting my PhD at George Washington University. I love pets and grew up with a yellow lab! I’m in Boston this summer for an internship with the Harvard School of Public Health and Massachusetts General Hospital! I love meeting new dogs and cats and catering to each one's needs, as I know that every pet is unique. I am also a runner, and I would love to keep your pet healthy, fit, and above all happy! I love animals, and I am here to offer the best service I can provide to customers and their dogs/cats alike. I will treat your pet with love and care, and I will make sure that your Rover experience is as positive as possible! Thank you!

We found Emily on Rover for a 4-night house sitting service. Emily did a great job watching our little Yorkshire Terrier, Hershey. We found her to be flexible, accommodating, caring, and very trustworthy. While we were away, we felt at ease with the pictures and text communication throughout the day. We will definitely trust Emily again to watch Hershey in the near future. Hershey has found a new friend and snuggle buddy!
Emily is very trustworthy and an excellent pet sitter and communicator . She kept us updated on our dog and sent lots of photos of him while we were away. She also took great care of our home!
Emily did an excellent job caring for my dog and house. She was a fantastic communicator and sent me frequent photos of my dog to keep me updated on his day. She also left the house very clean. We have already booked her for another trip. I highly recommend Emily!
Emily did a fantastic job watching Olive and our house. Her communication was impeccable and she left our house in fantastic shape. Olive loved spending time with her and we would definitely have her sit Olive again!

Schedule
As a PhD student, I currently have a hybrid schedule of mostly working from home with a couple classes in person. My schedule is flexible, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups and take them out on walks during the day!
