A home from home
My name is Emily, I live with my partner, Matt. We have been on Rover for a while now, but have more recently lost our beloved Louie. He absolutely loved having friends to stay, and his absence has left a huge hole in our hearts. Luckily, we have been fortunate enough to make some lovely doggy friends who regularly come and stay with us, and we are hoping to make lots more. We have just adopted Fluke, who was actually one of Louie’s friends. And he fits right in. He’s the perfect temperament and a typical loving Labrador (though probably a bit larger than he should be, but we don’t tell him that). We live in a house right by Victoria Park, which is perfect for walks, and we have a secure back garden with lots of room to frolic! Matt works from home a lot of the time, and I am a SEND Teacher, with the luxury of lots of free time. I started offering services on rover because the thought of having Louie in a kennel filled me with anxiety. We offer a home from home experience where your companion will be treated as Louie was, and Fluke is; loved, adored and spoilt rotten.

Emily & Matt looked after our girl Winnie for one night on the day of our wedding 🥰 They are both amazing and saved the day for us as another rover sitter cancelled on us with less than 2 weeks notice! Emily & Matt came out of their way to pick Winnie up from the venue that we got married at and even sent us an update later on to let us know she had settled in well! I have never used Rover before so I was apprehensive but these 2 amazing people put our worries at ease. Two lovely people and I can tell Winnie had an amazing time as she didn’t want to leave the couch when we picked her up the next morning. Thank you again Emily & Matt! Emily and Matt looked after our 5 year old cockapoo, Toby, for a night and he had the best time. We had no worries leaving him with them and had picture updates of his brilliant time. If we ever need Toby looking after again, we will definitely be using Emily!

Emily was fantastic dropping in on our cats she always left an update letting us know they had been fed and their litter was changed and even leaving pictures of them both thank you very much!

Schedule
scheduled feeding, regular walks, and playtime. I ensure pets have fresh water, clean living spaces, and plenty of attention. Daily activities include exercise and socialisation to keep pets healthy and happy.

We have a secure garden and space to crate if that is a requirement. In our home, we provide a safe, comfortable environment with regular feeding, exercise, and playtime. We maintain clean spaces, and give personalised attention. When caring in the owner's home, we will follow their specific routines and preferences, ensuring continuity and comfort, including feeding, walking, and playtime as instructed.

Lots of outdoor walks and exploring. Playtime in the garden and stimulation to keep your pets happy and occupied whilst with us. Comfort and love.
