Emily was very communicative, friendly, and responsible. She was super considerate of the house and took amazing care of our dogs (Lab and a Doodle). I will use Emily again in the future and would not hesitate to refer her!

This was my first time using Emily as a house sitter for our dogs since our other sitters were already booked and 2 weeks prior to our vacation our original sitter canceled so i was glad she was available. She was Very nice and sweet, Everything went great and the dogs were taken care of. However there are just a few pointers i would say and i hope this helps you with potential bookings. I originally set the start time at 5pm and i noticed while on vacation i had no notification on our camera that she arrived and it was a hour and a half passed 5pm I then had to message her to ask where she was at. She replied saying she was sorry she thought the start time was at 8pm. I can understand if she misread the times, but for somebody that is having a dog sitter come to their home to check on their dogs arriving on time is very important. Thankfully she lived closed and responded at a timely manner and arrived to our home. I also left instructions to give the dogs can food once a day and when i arrived home there was 2 cans missing. Not a big deal but at the same time it makes me feel like she didn’t take the instructions seriously and didn’t give them the food i requested. I would’ve appreciated more pictures updates of the dogs it just makes a dog parent feel comfortable getting live updates on our Pets especially since this was the first time sitting for us.
