Hi! I'm Emily. I’ve been working with dogs for over a decade, including training and competing in a variety of dog sports. My home has a fully fenced large yard with pet-friendly turf, a grooming station, and dog-friendly pool perfect for keeping your pup active and enriched during their stay. All of my clients receive daily photo or video updates of their dogs while they are with me. I am able to customize your dog's stay based on their needs, whether they like dogs or not, what their favorite activities are, and how much exercise they need. I share my home with three pups and have experience handling a wide range of breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. I work from in the pet industry full-time but am lucky enough to work from home with my dogs, and currently spend most of my free time training dogs, so dogs truly are at the center of my world. From confident working dogs to shy seniors, whether your dog loves fetch or couch naps, I understand how to meet dogs where they are and help them thrive.

Emily was an excellent dog sitting for Kenya. Never had one before and Kenya immediately jump on her like she knows her before. Very professionally, I would use her again. Although, it is little far from us but I think important here is the relation between the dog and the sitter. She knows how to take care of her. thanks Emily
With this being our first time booking through Rover, we were very nervous but heard a lot of great things about Emily so we decided to book her for this quick trip. I can definitely say we would definitely book with Emily again! She was very communicative during the stay, and my dog absolutely loved her! She kept my high energy corgi very active & socialized, which we very much appreciated! We will definitely book with Emily again for future boarding needs!

Schedule
Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide consistent, hands-on care throughout the day. Dogs in my care follow the same routine as my own dogs—one that prioritizes both physical exercise and mental enrichment. Each day is thoughtfully structured around their needs. I believe in creating a stimulating, well-rounded environment that keeps dogs happy, healthy, and fulfilled.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and structure are at the core of my setup. I have a fully fenced yard and two secure 5x10 outdoor kennels with cameras for added peace of mind. Inside, I use crates and baby gates to create calm, separated spaces when needed. Dogs are always either under direct supervision or in a safe, designated area. I tailor the environment based on each dog’s personality and needs, ensuring a low-stress, well-managed experience.

A typical day
Each day is thoughtfully planned based on your dog’s energy level and preferences. One day might include walks around the neighborhood, a bike ride, or structured play in the yard. Another might involve pool time, puzzle games, or exploring a new park. On weekends, I often take my dogs to local parks for training and adventures, and boarding dogs get to join in on those outings too! No two days are exactly alike, but enrichment, exercise, and joy are always on the schedule.
