When Emily takes care of my pet, I don't have to worry, because I know that she'll pay close attention to my instructions and follow them to the letter. My cat built up a bond with her and grew very happy and comfortable in her presence, even happily curling up on Emily's lap and falling asleep there. Emily's calm and kind presence means that animals take well to her, and she'll certainly be as great a caretaker to your pets as she is to mine!
