Dog Mom to Tuck, lover of all pups
I’m a young single dog mom just relocated to Houston Texas! I’ve been raising and caring for pups since I was 12 years old. In my college years I worked with an organization that raised special needs dogs from pups to full working dogs. I’ve got a great fenced in dog park in my apartment complex and a fantastic community of friends for both the dogs as well as the parents! Your dog will be well cared and will have a new best friend by the end of their stay. My pup Tucker is a 2 year old beagle basset hound. He’s super sweet, always looking to make new friends and share his toys. He loves lounging in the sun more than anything else so we have a balcony space set up for just that, and make multiple trips to the park for both play and sun bathing.

Schedule
I’m currently working a hybrid situation. A typical day for me is going into the office from 830-12, home for lunch hour, and then back in the office from 1-5. I do have the ability to work from home on an as needed basis and will do so if I have pets for daycare.

I have a spacious third floor apartment with lots of room to play as well as a balcony. I live in a gated community with a large fenced in dog park for lots of play time.
Pets
A typical day
Well make sure to get in at least two shorter walks around the complex to allow for mental and physical stimulation. We also make trips to the dog park to socialize with neighbor dogs (whom I know very well!) if for any reason you are uncomfortable with your pet being in a group setting, there are two sides to the park and we can be sure to keep to ourselves.
