Availability
I’m a paramedic so my availability unfortunately changes week to week (which is why I can’t have a dog of my own currently). My rota sticks to day, day, late, night. Then I have 5 days off. In these 5 days off I am very flexible and able to look after your dog and cater to whatever needs they may have.

My flat has its own private enterancd and although no private garden it does have a private grounds area shared with those in the block, where I can take dogs out for toilet breaks. I’m surrounded by lovely green spaces for long walks and activities such as the great park or Virgina water! I have space for dog beds, toys and food for over night stays or long days. I also have a car so I am able to travel easily to your home and keep your dog company or take them for a nice walk locally. I live with my partner, Harry, who is a police officer. He has also grown up with dogs all his life so is well experienced and also misses having a furry friend around!

Information Emily W. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog needs any particular requirements or routine, what they’re allowed and not allowed etc! I’d want them to feel as normal and comfortable as possible in a new place.
A typical day
I love to go out walking and exploring new areas. This would be even better with a fury companion so they’d join me on all these local adventures. I also know from my previous dogs that some hames to keep them occupied is a must!

Dog loving paramedic
Pet care experience
I have had family dogs since I was 10. Our first springer spaniel was quite a nervous boy so I have experience in caring for dogs who may be anxious and need some extra patience and time. I have also looked after dogs with medical requirements needing some extra attention! I love going for walks and know how much energy some dogs can have but also how some may just need some calm company.
Reviews
Emily is a responsible, caring and trustworthy pet caregiver. She is patient, kind and genuinely loves animals, so I would feel completely confident leaving any pet in her care. She will always make sure they are safe, happy and well looked after.
Emily absolutely loves dogs!!! She has grown up with pets, but Eddie our cocker spaniel was her favourite. He was a bit of a challenge at times but Emily is so aware of the dogs needs and trigger points so we knew she was very calm and capable of looking after Eddie. We now have another young working cocker spaniel and Jimmy loves her when she looks after him. Emily is a conscientious, loving, calm dog handler and as a paramedic she can absolutely be trusted 100%. 🐕
