I've always been an animal lover - I grew up helping take care of bunnies, hamsters, 3 cats, their kittens, and 1 dog in my family home. More recently, I helped raise and train a Doberman for a year. From play time, walks and runs in all weather, feeding, bathing, and clean up, I'm excited to offer my time, energy, and care to your pets. Neighbours, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of their pets short term and long term; whether that be house sitting, or bringing their pet(s) into my own home while they were away. I have experience with training and caring for all ages, from kittens and puppies to seniors; so you can trust me to handle any situation that arises with the utmost care.

Safety, trust & environment
Since I currently don't have any pets, if your furry friend isn't fond of other animals, that won't pose a problem for me! I understand that some pets prefer their own company, and I'll respect your pet's preferences. However, if your dog enjoys socializing with others, I know plenty of dog parks in the area, and I also have friends with well-trained dogs that we can arrange playdates with.

Emily was perfect to have in our house looking after our babies. The house was spotless, animals were happy and I got updates as a bonus. My anxious boy was comfortable enough with her that he still ate while I was away which he never does. Would book Emily again, and recommend her to anyone looking for a house/pet sitter!
Emily was great! She stayed overnight with my pup & sent me updates and photos during her stay. She’s very trustworthy & I felt Roscoe was in safe hands!
Emily came to our house to stay and look after our nine month old puppy when we were away for four days. It was our first time leaving him so we felt a bit nervous but she eased our worries and did a wonderful job, sending lots of pics and checking in frequently and making sure his needs were very well met. It’s always a leap of faith having someone you don’t know well come to stay in your home but Emily was very respectful! Would highly recommend her and look forward to having her again!
Emily is very friendly, and our dog loved her. She's very considerate of our dogs needs. Sometimes Bella likes to go on long walks, but when it's too hot, she prefers shorter walks. Emily realized that Bella wanted a shorter walk the 2nd time she took her out, and came back with her. Bella had done what she needed to do and didn't want to go any further. Emily offered to take her out again, but I explained to her that Bella makes her choice if it's too hot, she won't go on extended walks. She was very good with Bella.
Emily was awesome My dog never met her before the 2 dog walks and was super comfortable and happy with Emily Definitely using her again 😁

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule that allows me to devote ample time to your furry companion. I work from home the majority of the week which allows me to take breaks throughout my day. With this schedule, I have the perfect balance of time to dedicate to your pet. Whether it's keeping them company, taking them for leisurely strolls, or organizing playdates (with your consent, of course), I promise to shower your fur baby with the love and attention they need and deserve.
