I am an insured pet sitter full time. My schedule during your sitting will be catered to whatever fits you and your pets needs! Let me know what is needed during an overnight sitting: How often is a potty break? What is your usual routine? How long is your pet family comfortable being alone in the house? I want to be as helpful as possible! Please let me know if your animal requires any type of specific treatment and care. I would also love to know any concerns you have regarding your pets health and temperament that I should look out for and keep an eye on while you are away. To keep everyone safe and happy I also ask for you to let me know their temperament toward strangers, dogs, cars, noises, cats etc., this way I can avoid their triggers and/or slowly introduce myself to fearful or anxious pets.
A typical day
I cater the daily activities to the individual needs of each animal in my care. This may include long walks, playing in the yard, food oriented toys, or simply getting some cuddles!

I am dedicated to providing a loving, comfortable and peaceful environment for every animal under my care. I am professionally insured for pet sitting services beyond Rover’s coverage. I have experience in pet sitting for friends and family since I was 12 years old. I have had animals for most of my life, with experience owning rats, Guinea pigs, bunnies, fish, lizards, frogs, cats and dogs! I am comfortable with pets that may require some extra TLC as well as all breeds, ages, and sizes. I have experience caring for, amphibians, reptiles, small exotics, chickens/baby chicks, goats, puppies, elderly dogs, high energy and anxious dogs, cats and kittens. I am fully devoted to ensuring your pet is safe, happy and feeling right at home in my care! This was our second sitting with Emily and she is fantastic! Emily is very communicative, pro-active and thoughtful. We so appreciate the care she gives our animals- highly recommend!
Emily was phenomenal, again! She stayed with our senior dog, Amber, for 9 days while we were out of country. Her communication was great, and it was obvious our dog had a great bond with her. From all the photos it was clear that Amber loved her company. She was fed on time, her meds were given to her on schedule, and she had a lot of indoor and outdoor play time. Also before leaving, Emily cleaned the house which made coming to home even more pleasant. I highly recommend her as she is very responsible, responsive, and a joy for our dog to be around.
Emily is absolutely amazing! After a bad experience with Rover where the caretaker failed to fill water bowls and feed our dogs for several days, Emily renewed our faith in dog sitters. She is communicative and compassionate, and easily adapted to the new issues impacting our dogs leading up to her stay. I genuinely cannot express enough how awesome Emily truly is! I want others to book with her because your pets and people deserve the level of professionalism she offers. However, I also don’t want anyone to know, so that we can keep this gem all to ourselves. 😁 Anyone lucky enough to book her though, is in very good hands.
Emily was great and sent lots of photos throughout the day so I wasn’t missing anything! 10/10 recommend.
