Availability
I’m currently able to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, so I have more flexibility on these days. I am also available on the weekends for overnight stays and walks. For longer stays required, I do have the option to work remotely, so it would be easy for me to work from your home/my home while keeping your pet company. When I’m working from home I like to take breaks throughout the day. I often take a morning walk in the park before work, and at lunchtime. I’d love it if I had an animal companion who could come with me! In the evenings, I like to cook at home and watch TV on the sofa.

I live close to two large parks in Hackney which I visit on a daily basis. If your pet was to stay with me in my home, I would take them there first thing in the morning, at lunchtime and in the afternoon. I also have a couple of lovely smaller green spots near me which are perfect for a shorter runaround in between walks. Depending on your pets bedtime routine, I’m very happy to tuck them up in their crate at night, however if they prefer being in a cosy basket that’s also fine and I’d happily find a nice spot for their bed in my home. If I’m in your house, I’d be very happy to follow your routine to make sure your pet feels comfortable and secure.

I’m a lifelong animal lover with 15 years of hands-on experience. Having grown up with dogs since I was eight, I’m completely at home around animals of all personalities. I’m a trusted walker and house-sitter for friends’ dogs and I routinely cat-sit for my neighbour. Whether your dog or cat needs a daytime visit, walk, or some company while you’re out, or perhaps a longer stay if you are on holiday, they will be in safe, comfortable hands. I’m also experienced in administering medication, my family dog is 13 years old and recovering from pancreatitis and requires daily medication with her food. Emily is my lovely neighbour, who would most definitely provide safe, loving care for your pet. I had an accident recently and ended up in hospital, Emily immediately went and spent some time with petal (my cat) to make sure she was okay and to feed her. She is a very honest person who has a genuine love for all animals. I am going away soon for a few days, and of course, Emily will be looking after Petal for me. I highly recommend her. Janice
