All of my children had fur! In the past couple years, I lost my rescued Shepherd/Akita mix at age 13, our rescued St. Bernard/Chow mix at age 15 and our Lab/Spaniel mix at the ripe old age of 16. It has been very difficult coping with losing my babies, but since starting Rover, being able to care for so many animals has truly been so healing and rewarding. I am loving it! Due to COVID, I decided to spend the last couple years volunteering for street dog rescues and orphanages around the world. It has been such an amazing experience. When you book with me, you get experience and dedication. I ensure your pets are showered with an enormous amount of love and attention. My goal is to make sure your babies don't want you to come home! I have had dogs since I was born and absolutely couldn't imagine life without them. I have also had hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs and would LOVE to watch yours because I miss mine so much! I understand how stressful it is to go away and have to leave your furbabies. I know how helpful it is to receive daily updates. I promise to shower you with pictures and videos, more than you know what to do with! I had a special needs dog who lost 1 leg and was blind. I had a dog with extreme separation anxiety. I have been through numerous medical procedures with my animals and have administered medications, handled wound care, hand fed, etc. Whatever your pets need, I'm up for the challenge! I owned a single-family home for 12 years and did all maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.), renovations and landscaping with my husband. I have owned a condo for 19 years. I own an insurance agency. I am able to work from home so I can arrange to stay with your animals if you prefer not to have them left alone for long periods of time.
