Never met a dog/cat I didn’t love
I have had both dogs and cats my entire life. I had 2 golden retrievers as a child and have had 3 cats throughout my life. My rescue cat Frisky was with me for 23 years! I have informally done dog sitting and cat sitting for most of my life. I have pet sat animals with all types of temperaments. I believe there are no bad dogs or cats. I love to train animals for fun but I don’t have any formal education. I am a Nurse by trade and I have learned in the healthcare setting how healing both dogs and cats can be.
Safety, trust & environment
I want to know ahead of time about your pet. What is their temperament like? Are they okay with new people? Are they treat motivated? What is their typical routine? Things like that. I want your pet to feel the most comfortable they can with their owners not being there. If your pet loves snuggles, I am more than happy to oblige. If they like walks or toys, I’m your girl! Whatever it is, I want to know what you feel is best for your pet!
Ratings and reviews
Emily is an absolute gem when it comes to animals! She watched my cat Lucifer at her house and made it feel like home for him. She went out of her way to set up play areas and boxes and things for him to play and hide. Lucifer has a special regimen for his food due to certain health issues, and Emily was able to follow it precisely with no issues. I could tell my cat was happy and well taken care of upon my return. Emily is a true animal lover, and I would trust my pets in her care any day!

Schedule
I work a normal 9-5 Monday- Friday job but I am happy to stop by after work to watch, feed, and spend time with animals and am especially interested in pet sitting on the weekends!
