We have used Emily both as a dog behaviourist / trainer and also a pet sitter. She has always been amazing with Jeff our incredibly stubborn and independent sausage dog. Emily gave great advice on dog walks on how to prevent him being so reactive. When we went on holiday we were absolutely confident that Jeff and our two cats would be happy and well looked after. Emily sent us regular photos and updates and we already have her booked in for our next night away.

Emily is the only person I would recommend to look after your little fur babies. She has a wealth of knowledge having worked in a veterinary practice for over 5 years. She is loving, patient and has a passion for the wellbeing of dogs. She has worked hard over the last couple of years to set up her own dog training business. Her rapport with her clients and her amazing reputation with their pets have led to her extending her services to now offer dog walking and pet sitting.

I've known Emily since 2020, where we were colleagues together in a veterinary practice. Emily's official title was a Client Care Co-ordinator, but due to staffing, she was often out the back of house with us, ensuring good care for the animals. Emily's passion for good welfare for dogs has always been paramount and one of the factors that cemented our friendship. She has a knack with them that others often don't. She is patient and calm, but also fully in control of any situation. Emily started her behaviour business a few years back now and I have seen her perform small miracles in many families. She was a brilliant source of help when I had an anxious dog in my consult room and her guidance made the whole team more canine friendly. Emily has worked with my family rescue pup and actually came with us to meet her at Birmingham Dogs Home, and constantly goes out of her way to ensure the best for each dog. Emily takes her profession very seriously, and her years working in a vets has given her a plethora of understanding of any potential health issues which may occur in any animal. She additionally has several contacts in her phone of veterinary surgeons and nurses who she can call upon if needed (including myself). She is responsible, caring, professional and kind, and I'd trust her with my own pets any day.
