I am currently in college remotely, and have classes from 8am-12pm Monday-Friday. I am available anytime after class, or before if an early visit is required. I am an early bird and awake at 5am every day 😊

A typical day
A typical day with me is structured, calm, and full of love and attention. Mornings start with a potty break and a walk to get some fresh air and energy out, followed by breakfast, if given, and some quiet time to relax. Throughout the day, I provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and enrichment-whether that’s interactive toys, outdoor time, or just lots of affection and companionship. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine and energy level, adjusting activities to suit their needs. In the evening, we’ll wind down with another walk, dinner, and some cozy downtime so your pet feels safe, comfortable, and right at home.

I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up with dogs and have years of hands-on experience understanding their needs, behaviours, and personalities. In addition to dogs, I’ve also cared for a variety of small animals from a very young age, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of both small animals and larger pets. I have a pomchi and a German shepherd currently, and they are my best friends! I’m comfortable with feeding routines, exercise, basic grooming, and providing lots of love and attention to help pets feel safe and happy while you’re away. I treat every animal as if they were my own, and I truly enjoy building trust and connection with each pet I care for. My background is in childcare and healthcare, bringing extensive experience in providing compassionate loving care.

We have a very playful Shepherd which can be a handful on walks when we take him out, let alone a stranger. Emily came highly recommended by a close friend. After contacting her and speaking for a bit, we met at the park to see how our boy would do. We were thrilled to see that she was able to put up with his curiosity and was patient with him smelling and simply being a dog, while walking in the park. Since that interaction, we have had Emily walk our dog on a regular basis. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make sure their dog has a pleasant walk, and is given the chance to explore and be happy.
