I am a huge animal lover who is very attentive to pets! Currently, I have three cats of my own, but I have owned dogs in the past. I have experience volunteering at animal shelters for 4 years. I have been caring for pets since I was a child, both my own pets and neighbors' pets. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes, including pets with complex needs. I have experience with walking, grooming (nail trims, bathing, ear cleaning, brushing), and playing with both dogs and cats. I have experience with pets with medical needs, including seizures, pancreatitis, UTIs, arthritis, cancer, injuries, behavioral problems, etc. Additionally, I currently own a cat with a neurological disorder that includes grand mal seizures and behavioral needs. I have experience with giving medication to both cats and dogs by mouth or in treats, as well as giving injections.

Emily is amazing!! This was my first drop-in booking for my two senior kitties, with daily drop-ins for a week. Unfortunately, one of my kitties developed worrisome symptoms over the course of my weeklong vacation, and Emily went above and beyond communicating symptoms and changes, sending pic updates from day to day; she checked in on my Kiki on top of the originally agreed upon drop-ins when Kiki’s symptoms weren’t resolving. Emily was great about discussing care options with me and she eventually took my sick kitty into the vet a few days before I got back. Kiki is happy and doing well at this point, and I absolutely trust Emily to provide an excellent level of care if I go on vacation again. I couldn’t have asked for better, more thoughtful pet sitter during my week away! Emily absolutely treated my senior kitties as her own. <3 <3

Emily was so kind! She provided many pictures and videos of my two cats and kept me updated on everything. My skittish cat also warmed up to her very quickly. Additionally, she was able to handle my two food aggressive cats very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
