We walk our own dog, Daisy, for at least an hour every evening, and on weekends we love exploring new walking routes and going on longer adventures. Safety, trust & environment

Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets in our own home due to having elderly cats and not having the licence that is required. However, we are happy to stay in your home and care for your pets in their familiar environment, helping to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. We are fully insured and have a DBS check. Our friendly Beagle, Daisy, must accompany us during house sits for some extra company and fun. We always arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure all dogs are comfortable together.

Information Emily S. would like to know about your pet

Please let us know as much as possible about your pet in advance, including their routine, personality, likes and dislikes, any medical needs, and how they are around other dogs and people. The more we know, the better we can tailor their care and ensure they have a happy, stress-free experience. We have our own contract that we will send if wishing to proceed further. To confirm, we are unable to host dogs in our own home due to having elderly cats, so all care takes place in your home or on walks. If Daisy will be accompanying us during a house sit, we will always arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure both dogs are comfortable If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

A typical day

A typical day with us includes plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and enrichment. We love keeping dogs mentally stimulated as well as physically active, so games and interaction are always part of the day. We particularly enjoy training and working with dogs, so if your dog enjoys learning, we can practise basic obedience, reinforce good manners, or even teach a new trick or two while you’re away! Our own dog, Daisy, is scent trained, and scent games are one of our favourite forms of enrichment. They’re a fantastic way to engage a dog’s natural instincts and can be adapted to suit dogs of all ages, breeds, and energy levels.

Pet care experience

Hi, we’re Emily & Kyle ! We provide loving, professional, in-home pet sitting around Torbay so your dog can stay relaxed in their own familiar surroundings while you’re away. Unlike many sitters, someone is with your dog all of the day. Your dog would get plenty of companionship, walks, play and cuddles—not hours left alone. Our own Beagle, Daisy, is a friendly, well-trained two-year-old who accompanies us. Every introduction starts with a meet and greet to make sure they’re a perfect match. Daisy helps makes the experience a holiday for your dog by introducing a playmate or snuggle buddy! We’re fully insured, DBS checked, canine first aid trained, and experienced with dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities—from nervous dogs who need reassurance, to energetic dogs who love adventure. Our own dog has experienced separation anxiety, so we understand how important routine, patience and companionship are. Many owners choose us because their dog is happiest staying at home with someone they can trust. Your dog’s routine always comes first. Whether they want long walks, a game of fetch, or simply someone to curl up beside, we’ll care for them as if they were our own. We’d love to meet you and your pup—get in touch to arrange a free meet and greet! 🐾

Emily is amazing! She has been Luna's dog walker for two weeks now. Luna loves walks and trips with Emily and has learned to become more confident and has a positive relationship with Emily's dog, Daisy. Thank you for treating her like your own pet. I always feel 100% confident when I leave her in your care.

Emily is amazing at looking after my dog, whether is just a walk or watching him for the day. She always goes above and beyond for him and he loves spending time with her. She follows all my requirements for him and helps keep up with his training at home and on walks. I couldn’t recommend Emily more!
