Hello pet families! My name is Emily and I have been caring for dogs and cats (bunnies, fish, Guinea pigs, and more!) since I can remember. Friends, family, and Rover clients trust me to keep their pets safe while helping maintain their everyday lifestyle and routine. I am grateful to be a sitter who is asked to come back for more sittings because of the love I provide for pets, and the respect I have for the home. Whether you’re busy, needing a regular drop in, some quality exercise, or a house stay for any occasion, I am open to all unique situations. Animals are very important to me, and caring for them is one of my favorite things to do. I have been caring for animals for a very long time. I have 3 pets of my own; my dog (Beverz) and two cats (Sasha and Fergie). My pets are in the care of my boyfriend and family while I am away doing house stays. My happy place is time spent with animals. I look forward to meeting you and your pet family :) I follow the directions. I do exactly what I am directed to do while in someone else’s home. I know that I would expect respect in my home while my pets are being cared for, and I do the same for others. I make sure your pet is safe, maintain their routine, make sure they’re in a good mood, and healthy while you are away. I communicate and send pictures frequently. In my home, I feed my pets twice a day, I’ll take my dog for his daily 2 mile walk with a few more long walks sprinkled throughout the day. We often go to dog parks when the weather allows it. My cats are very independent. I make sure to give them lots of clean water access, toys, scratch pads, and we even play videos of nature for cats on the TV while we are out of the house. The way I take care of my pets is a reflection of how I take care of my client’s pets. I know all pets have unique routines and needs. I will to tend to those routines and needs while showing them a lot of love while their beloved owner is away.

We had Emily stay with our two dogs for two weeks at our house while we were away. She is excellent and goes above and beyond. She is by far the best communicator that we’ve experienced on Rover. We felt that our dogs were in such good hands while we were gone and that gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. I would highly recommend Emily and would love to use her services again in the future!
Emily took amazing care of my 2 dogs while I was out of town. She is professional, communicative and I felt very at ease with all her updates. Highly recommend and hope to work with Emily again!
Our dogs were very well cared for while we were away. Emily had fantastic communication with us the entire time we were gone so we knew how things were going at home. We came home to happy dogs, a well cared for house and a garden that was watered while we were away. I would definitely recommend having Emily care for your pets while you're away.
Emily was wonderful! She made sure to keep us updated multiple times throughout each day of her stay and sent lots of photos. She was considerate, communicative, and we felt very confident our home and pets were in safe hands. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a sitter and will gladly use her again when we need one!
Emily was great with our 2 dogs! She kept us informed each day. We are so grateful she took such wonderful care of our boys and house while we were on vacation.
Emily was amazing. Very communicative, on top of the meds our dog required, the dogs were loved, and she took care of the house. We even had a handoff required with family, and Emily offered to stay later than we originally asked her to in order to help with that. We will definitely request her support again and could not have been happier with the experience. Thanks Emily!

Schedule
Rover is my current full time job and I like to keep my schedule open for pet sittings. I know not a lot of people have the time to care for pets multiple days in a row. I keep my schedule open to make time to care for pets.
