Dog Beaches, Hiking, Acreage living
Dogs and horses have been a huge part of my life. We live an active lifestyle and my animals come everywhere with me. I have a flexible career that I can take my guys with me, lots of socializing (with other dogs), hiking in the forest (across from my property) and an off leash dog beach within minutes. My current dog is very submissive and loves companionship. We just recently lost our older dog at 15 and she’s looking to have company to adventure with. We’ve been fostering puppies through endless pawsibilities and thoroughly enjoy the training aspect as well. We’ve successfully potty trained the last 3 fosters before finding them amazing homes.

Emily was great! Very quick, responsive and great to communicate with.
My dog was so happy with Emily. He was relaxed, well fed and in a fun mood when I picked him up. All signs that he was in great hands. I highly recommend Emily.
Emily did a fantastic job of taking care of Tucker while we were on the mountains! Tucker wouldn't even want to leave when we picked him up. He seemed so happy and fulfilled after a mini-camp at Emily's home.
Emily was incredible with our dog, Potato. She knew exactly how to handle the drop-off with an anxious dog, and he was immediately at home with her and her lovely family. I can't recommend Emily enough!
Emily did a great job taking care of my husky. I always say if a dog sitter can handle a husky, they can handle any other breeds. She walked Skippy enough that he was tired when I was picking him up. I’ll definitely book her again.
So accomodating and flexible! Sent lots of updates and photos too. Tofu had such a good time and was very happy. Definatly will be booking again 😊

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule that allows me to bring my dogs with me to work. In between meetings we do lots of walking and or running on the dykes, playing on farms (with other dogs) and heading to the dog beaches around the lower mainland.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
The care for your pet will depend on individual needs required. They can be crated at night, or free to roam. Happy to get up in the night to let them outside to pee and happy to tend to dietary restrictions. Your family member will be treated as one of our own.
Pets
A typical day
We go to the beach regularly, hike trails and visit the farm where our horses live. If your dog is social and loves other dogs, let me know. If it’s more of an intimate situation, I can cater to that as well.
