Safety, trust & environment
There are no children or cats here - just my (super friendly!) Staffy Mix dog. Please note, my own male dog is not yet old enough to be neutered, so I cannot currently accept unspayed females. I ask that all my visiting dogs are toilet and crate trained, as when left unattended all dogs are crated for their own safety.

Information Emily S. would like to know about your pet
Because of my own large breed, high energy dog, big and bouncy breeds are ideal but all dogs are welcome. A meet and greet is always organised in advance to ensure our dogs like each other and you’re happy with my services before you commit!
A typical day
I love to provide both mental and physical stimulation to visiting dogs including puzzle games, dog friendly cartoons, sensory play and outdoor time. All dogs have constant access to the garden during the day unless requested otherwise, and this includes a puppy pool and dog safe areas to sniff and play. Dogs are treated like family here, and that includes being allowed to cuddle on the sofa and on the bed.

Big and bouncy dogs welcome!
Pet care experience
Growing up with working dogs, I have always been a huge animal lover. But it wasn't until I got my own dog as an adult that I realised how challenging (and sometimes nerve-wracking!) it can be leaving your furry family member with someone else. Dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes are welcome, including those with on-walk challenges or reactivity. I am insured and your dogs health and happiness are my top priority!
Reviews

Emily was fantastic and looked after Dottie really well. Booking was easy with excellent communication.
Emily is an exceptionally trustworthy and caring dog walker who truly stands out. Her natural love for animals shines through in everything she does, and it’s clear that their wellbeing is always her top priority. Having grown up on a farm, she has been surrounded by animals her entire life, which has given her a deep understanding of their needs, behaviours, and personalities. She also has a dog of her own, so she knows firsthand the level of care, attention, and responsibility that pet owners expect. This personal experience makes her not only reliable but genuinely empathetic toward both dogs and their owners. Emily is dependable, attentive, and kind, and she builds strong bonds with the animals she looks after. Anyone trusting her with their dog can feel completely confident that they are in safe, loving hands.
Emily has been dog sitting for us on and off over the last year and has been an absolute life saver for us. We both work full time and I have had numerous health scares over the last year where I have suddenly had to go into hospital or to last minute appointments. Emily has always managed to save the day and keep our rescue lab Bentley happy and healthy. He is a very large dog with anxiety but Emily manages him well and he’s very comfortable with her and is always excited to see her. She listens to our instructions to the letter and we have never had any concerns about Bentley while he’s in her care. She’s affectionate and patient with Bentley and is unphased by his size and (sometimes challenging) behaviour.
