Sincere warm greetings to everyone, I am here to accommodate! PNW local with 25+ years in the Puget Sound, growing up on Bainbridge Island and now living in West Seattle. My journey to loving dogs started when I rescued my girl, Kiari, a 3 legged 1 eyed Border Collie-Aussie, she lived until she was 16 years old. My journey with her made my heart grow 3 SIZES! Today I am a proud mom to a loving Husky Lab, Brody. He is a well socialized lover boy and he can’t wait to meet your pup. I will be happy to take of your dogs and treat them like my own, they might even find a new best friend in Brody. I can be available to the West Seattle, Alki, and the Junction neighborhoods, but will consider going a bit farther on case by case basis. I am great with disabled dogs, post-surgery recovery, rescues, new puppies, older dogs, and everything in-between. I am spotlighting my ability to help with older/disabled just in case you haven't found someone with that experience. I also love to send photos and any updates! I will keep an eye on the property and help coordinate any services that need to be completed while you're gone. Please be sure to include preferences so I can accommodate.

Had my trip cut short but Emily was great for the short sit - very communicative and adaptable!
Emily was a phenomenal dogsitter/homesitter! She spent tons of time walking and playing with my dog, and sent pictures and updates multiple times every day. She was able to handle my reactive dog very easily and comfortably. He had so much fun he slept the entire day after I got home 😂 Thank you Emily!
Emily did a great drop in visit with Carson. She did an excellent job communicating with me, and I really appreciated the pictures she sent — Carson was smiling in every one!

I currently work during the week with a flexible schedule. I will always work partial days or take days off when I am doing dog care.

I live right on the beach on Alki in a one bedroom apartment with a large patio that looks at the water. Pets have access to the entire place.
Pets
A typical day
I ebb and flow to your dogs needs. We usually get up pretty early and walk the alki neighborhood staring at 6am. Our days consists of long walks on Alki and beach drive.
